At Rapid Detox Rehab

  • You will be picked up at the airport and driven to the clinic, which is only 15-20 minutes from the San Diego border. We have a 4-bedroom capacity with a separate Ibogaine Treatment Space. (You do not need a passport to enter Mexico). We have an amazing staff including: A Surgical Level Medical Doctor, Advanced Level II Paramedics, Nurses, EMTs, an Integrational Specialist, Caregivers and an in-house Cook. An A la carte menu is also available. You will have 24-hour Supervision. Bring “comfy and loose fitting clothes” for both hot and cold temperatures.
  • Let’s say you arrive on a Monday... you will be ready to go home by Friday (Maybe Sunday depending upon your recovery rate which is affected by: the medications being taken upon arrival, age and physical health. Though not mandatory, it is advised to cessate smoking as it can interfere and delay recovery)

To maximize your safety, 3 THINGS NEED TO BE PERFORMED before you can be “cleared” for an Ibogaine Flood Dose Treatment at our Ibogaine Clinic in Mexico.

  1. As a safety precaution, an EKG will be performed in order to check your heart rhythym to make sure you do not have any abnormalities that would be contraindicative with Ibogaine. If we
    arrive at the facility prior to 12:00 pm, it is possible to receive and evaluate same day results!
  2. As a safety precaution, you will have your Bloodwork Drawn in order to check for liver and kidney functioning with same day results also available if your arrival is prior to 12:00pm
  3. You will be given a 16 Panel Urinalysis in which you must test positive only for short acting opiates, marijuana, and certain benzos.
  • In order to be “cleared” for an Ibogaine Treatment Flood Dose, you must test negative for: cocaine (5 days), meth (5 days), long acting opiates such as Suboxone and Methadone (10 days), certain prescription drugs for various times dependent upon the drug(s).
  • If you have these substances in your system and want to detox here at a more rapid rate in order to be ready for your Ibogaine Treatment, it is possible for the MD to administer:
    • IV Chelations for Heavy Metals and
    • An intense Multi-Vitamin and Complex B Supplement IV

    (Obviously if your urinalysis tests positive for any of the contraindicative drugs to Ibogaine, your treatment length of time would be longer).

  • Upon arrival, prior to the 3 THINGS THAT NEED TO BE PERFORMED
    • All Agreed Upon Financial Responsibilities need to be paid in full.
  • Medication Arrangements prescribed for Detox or other reasons will be provided.
  • Dependent upon arrival time on Day 1, you may have the 3 THINGS THAT NEED TO BE PERFORMED on this day as our laboratories and technicians close the day at 7pm.
  • Most likely, you will have your Ibogaine Treatment on the evening of Day 2 with the Full Medical Team care-taking your experience for 24 hours.
  • Eating must stop by 2:00pm
  • Drinking of fluids must be stopped by 4:00 pm (except a little water)
  • If you did not have a “Sit Down Session” with the Psychotherapist on Day 1, you will have a “Sit Down Session” session with her on Day 2. This session is referred to as “Pre Ibogaine Therapy.”
  • 7:00 pm Our Medical Team begins the Treatment Process at 8:00 pm
  • You are given a “Tester” of Ibogaine and there is approximately a 30-45-minute wait period to make sure your body has no adverse reactions
  • You are given approximately 3 capsules of Ibogaine HCL from Gabon, Africa, spaced out over a short duration of time.
  • You will be hooked up to an IV during the process in case MDs need to gain immediate access to your vein.
  • 90 % of people will enter two phases of trance, or a self-guided hallucination or psychedelic experience. On average, these two phases last approximately 12-16 hours.
  • It is encouraged both medically and psychologically to stay in the Treatment Space for a full day as Ibogaine continues to process through your system for 48 hours.
  • IBOGAINE RESETS YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM, FILLS OPIATE RECEPTORS, INCREASES THE “GOOD NEUROTRANSMITTERS,” AND REWIRES PERCEPTIONS.
  • As you may know, Ibogaine converts to Noribogaine and is stored in your adipocytes or fat cells, releasing into the body, slowly like an air-freshener of a house, for 10 weeks.
  • Ibogaine eliminates 90% of opiate withdrawals known as Post Acute Withdrawal Symptoms which can last in severity for 10-14 days with residual unpleasant effects for 30 days
  • Ibogaine boosts Testosterone for 10 weeks.
  • Ibogaine increases the “Good Neurotransmitters” in the gut and brain.
  • Ibogaine increases energy levels.
  • Day 3 is considered a “Grey Day.” While there are similarities among people who use Ibogaine, at the same time, everybody’s experience is unique.
  • Some need to rest on this day, some feel they have energy, some feel slight restless legs, some want to rest in bed, some want to come out and be social – it completely depends
  • If you need any temporary medications, the MD will prescribe what is necessary
  • Dependent upon how you are feeling, the Intake Specialist and Integrational Coach will have a Post-Ibogaine Treatment Session with you. If your “Grey Days” carries over into day 3 and things are still settling, your body is adjusting and you just need your space and time, the “Sit Down Session” can take place on Day 4 in the early afternoon.
  • It is a great idea to have a Relaxing Detox Massage on this day and smooth out any vibrations in your body! This option is considered to be an “Add-On” to the SIMPLE PACKAGE.
  • You will be fed and cared for based on your individual needs.
  • Day 4 can still be a “Grey Day” for some, but typically people are feeling good and ready for some action!
  • Acupuncture is an amazing “Ad-On” to the SIMPLE PACKAGE
  • Dependent upon # of clients at the clinic at any given time, you may be able to go on an excursion, and or engage in conversation or watch TV in the Common Space area.
  • On the evening of Day 4 at approximately 7pm, you will have the opportunity to meet with a Shaman and have a 5MEO-DMT, Bufo Experience. (The 5MEO-DMT Experience is an “Add-On” to the SIMPLE PACKAGE)
  • There is an opportunity to follow the 5MEO-DMT, Bufo Experience, to process your with the Integrational Specialist as well.
  • You will be cared for, fed and provided with beautiful housing.
  • Depending on the time of your departure, you will be served: Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner.
  • You will be driven to the airport at the time of your departure.
  • We will call you and check in on you to see how you are doing within the week to follow!!
